At barking babies™, we want you and your pup to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached, and place them securely in the original shipping box or a similar mailer.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
